Issues with the RNConsult PersonService Solved

Description

There are issues impacting the RNConsult PersonService (used for the search of patient data by healthcare providers).

Our teams are investigating the issue.

UPDATE 12:38: following a traffic switch, errors should not appear anymore. 

Following a misuse of the service by a partner, the issue occured again from 14:27.

Issues have been mostly solved from 14:47 and completely from 15:05.

Impact

Search of patient data will return a timeout.

Among the concerned services:

  • ConsultRN excepted for the BISS numbers
  • MyHealthViewer
  • PARIS excepted for the BISS numbers
  • Orgadon
  • Tardis
  • eCare Qermid

Disturbances impacting the Timestamping service Solved

Disturbances impacting the eReferral service Solved

The eReferral service is currently unavailable.

Our teams are investigating the issue.

Impact

The eReferral service wasn't available between 5:30 and 6:30.

Users were not able to reach the service during the incident.


Disturbances with the Attribute Authority (AA) service Solved

Description

There have been issues with the IAM AttributeAuthority service between 14:12 and 15:12.

These disturbances concerned around 20% of the calls to the service resulting in a time out error (SOA-02001).

The issue was solved from 15:12.

  • Vitalink 
  • Recip-e (Prescriber & Executor)
  • CoZo
  • Belrai Federal
  • Vaccinnet

There are currently disturbances with eHealth services.

Our teams are investigating the issue.

UPDATE: issues were solved at 14:24 but new errors appeared from 15:42

Issues were mostly solved from 16:25 and completely at 17:05.

Impact

The impacted was limited to a small part of the calls to the following services:

  • DataAttributeService (calls ListofEmployers to retrieve the employers and EmployerAffiliation disturbed until 14:24)
  • eH2eBox & Mediprima between 13:25 and 13:44

The services are impacted again from 15:42.

There are currently disturbances impacting eHealth services.

Our team are investigating the issues.

Impact

Users may receive errors while using eHealth services. Around 60% of the calls to RNConsult PersonService were failing between 14:22 and 15:16.

Disturbances mainly occured between 14:22 and 14:40.
